Bathroom/Floor leveling/Duraceramic
This project involved two aspects. The floor in the bathroom needed to be leveled as the house had settled some over time. In addition to leveling the floor the client wanted to put some Duraceramic down to enhance the value and functionality of the area.

MATERIALS AND OPTIONS.
When it comes to materials, options and overall design the bottom line is ending up with a quality deck that will last! With that being said, we are happy to make some recommendations based upon your needs and budget. There are many different types of materials to use when building your deck from green treated wood, all the way to composite or aluminum deck boards. While the design may stay the same, materials do change and we are happy to help give you the options that will make your deck last.
THE FOLLOWING HOME IS OVER 3000 SQUARE FEET AND HAS MULTIPLE LEVELS AND IS POSITIONED ON A STANDARD LOT.
Upon entering the home you find yourself in a very spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a professional gas range. There is a bathroom and the laundry room is also located on the main floor.
Upon going up a few short steps you have 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The master bedroom is located on the top floor with its own bathroom suite.
Down the first set of stairs is a family room which will lead you to the backyard. There is an office and a 4th bedroom located on this level.
Down the final set of steps you will find the basement level which has a gas burning fireplace and setup for a home entertainment system. The utility room is also located on this level.
OUTSIDE FEATURES.
This house comes with a deck off the front door that will allow you to sit and enjoy the evening sunsets as well a covered patio out back to allow for the kids to play and a grill/fire pit that will keep the activities going for hours.
